TRAY DRYER for drying all kinds of fruits and vegetables and powder, granules and wet pastes for medicinal and food purposes. The trays are made of aluminum or stainless steel and all dryer surfaces and parts in contact with wet air are made of stainless steel if needed. The machine is made in two sizes, 48 and 24 trays. The first type of dryer has two fans and the second type has one fan. Also, the machine has an adjustable air inlet and outlet valve, and depending on the order, a heating element or a steam coil can be used in it. The sliding trays can be fixed or on a wheeled trolley. The dryer has two different thermometers and thermostats. The air circulation in the dryer is completely laminar and parallel to the surface of the trays by special vanes and channels.
