The pressure sensor is one of the most widely used tools in industrial automation.
Pressure is the force on the surface which is defined in the SI device based on pascal (Pa). The pressure sensor is used in various industries such as aviation industry, automobile industry, meteorology and also in other industries.
With exceptional resistance to overpressure and burst pressure, unmatched resistance to vibration and shock, and rugged all-metal sealing construction, Hagler's PX4 series pressure transmitters provide accurate and reliable measurements in extreme environments.
The PX4 pressure transmitter also excels in shock resistance and can withstand a shock of 100g with a duration of 6ms. This exceptional shock resistance protects the transmitter from shocks and sudden pressure fluctuations, ensuring reliable performance even in the harshest environments.
The PX4 series pressure transmitter utilizes an oil-free design, which eliminates the need for an internal sealing ring, thereby increasing reliability, simplifying maintenance, and expanding its compatibility with a variety of applications. The absence of oil in the transmitter eliminates the risk of oil leakage and contamination and increases its reliability and safety. This all-metal sealing construction, combined with the use of high-quality stainless steel materials, makes the PX4 pressure transmitter an ideal choice for applications where extreme environmental conditions and prolonged exposure to corrosive materials are a concern.

Basically, pressure sensors are made in three different types, which are used depending on the type of application. These three types are:
1. Digital pressure sensor
2. Analog pressure sensor
3. Hand pressure sensor (manometer)
Each of the categories mentioned above is used in its own space, which we will discuss further.
1. Digital pressure sensor: these sensors operate as zero and one and only inform the user of the absence or presence of pressure in the system. If there is pressure in the system, this sensor can open an open contact or Specify the package in its output.
2. Analog pressure sensor: This type of pressure sensor is widely used in the industry. These sensors can sense millibar sensitivity and show it in their output. Analog pressure sensors have an output of 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
3. Hand pressure sensor: This pressure sensor determines the pressure in the system as the hand rotates.
