The mechanical structure of this device is designed and implemented according to the type of parts intended for counting. For the feeder part of this machine, a conveyor feeder structure that has a hopper is used. After being poured into the hopper and feeder, the parts are transferred to the next conveyor paths, these conveyor paths include vibrators to separate and advance the parts to the shooting position.
At the end of the device, the main processing and imaging system is installed, which is responsible for counting parts using artificial intelligence algorithms.
In this section, parts are dropped one after the other in large numbers in front of the camera, lens and industrial light, and the images taken by the camera of the falling parts are sent to the main processor system.
In the processor system, these images are analyzed and processed at high speed, and accurate counting of parts is done based on machine vision techniques.
