Zinca is a one-component coating based on modified mineral polymers that contains 95.5% zinc powder with a purity of 99.99% in dry film. The high percentage of zinc in the formulation creates cathodic protection of surfaces. Zinc coating is suitable as a unique product to replace hot-dip galvanizing or as a single-layer system to protect against corrosion.

Drying drying mechanism
The drying process of Zink is solvent jump, so drying will be a consequence of film thickness, humidity, air temperature and surface temperature.
The drying time of the film thickness is 40 microns and the temperature is 20 degrees Celsius and air circulation
Surface drying: 15 minutes
Drying for transportation: 1 hour
Complete drying: 4 hours
