Potato powder production method

During the drying time, the samples are turned upside down so that the heat reaches them evenly, and this continues until a moisture content of 5% is reached for the powder product. Finally, some of the produced products are packed in high-density polyethylene packaging to protect them from inappropriate changes during storage.
