These products comply with the licenses issued by the Ministry of Health and the Standard Organization and are classified based on the needs of the consumer in different PH and color ranges. 4/5-8/4 is mainly used in bulk grain industries.
White whey with a sour taste is used in kashk and Qaraqrout industries.
