Production method of prestressed beam

First, special steel wires are placed on the runway according to the type of beam and are stretched to 65% capacity with a hydraulic jack, and then the machine is placed on the wires and concreting begins with 450 grade and non-slump.

After concreting and obtaining the initial strength of the concrete, which is equivalent to the 7-day strength, and creating a proper connection between the steel and concrete, the wires are released and the concrete is subjected to compressive stress, then according to the customer's order, the beams are cut and unloaded and Depot of prestressed beam is done.
