AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), which is also known as autoclaved sponge concrete, is a lightweight preformed building material that provides the body, insulation and fire resistance in a simple way.
The products of AAC machines include blocks, wall panels, ceiling and floor panels and lintels, which are made of concrete (cement) mixture for extraordinary insulation, for internal and external use. In addition to insulation, another benefit of this product in the building is its easy and quick use. Because the material code can be stabilized by adding sand and then cut and sized by standard edged carbon saws or hand saws and drills on site. At the same time, suitable cement mortar can be used. 98% of the buildings made of this product use a thin bed of this mortar that can be shaped up to about 1.8 inches, which changes the national building code and creates strong and uniform factors. It can also be protected against active agents with plaster coating. Side or secondary elements, brick and vanilla sides can also be used with the product. With more than seventy years of production history, it offers significant advantages compared to other construction factors, the most important of which is minimal environmental impact. The high degree of inherent efficiency of AAC ensures its low environmental impact in all periods of its life cycle, from the processing of raw materials to the destruction of its waste.
Low weight also reduces energy consumption in transportation. Because AAC is more than five times lighter than regular concrete. This at the same time reduces a significant share of CO2 emissions during transportation. To reduce the need for transportation, AAC designs have provided principles to restore production as close as possible to the consumer market.
