Nano -Structure Book (Dr. Afshin Rashid)\r\n\r\nIn the book Nanotechnology, Afshin Rashid describes this topic of electronic science and explains its structure and functions.\r\n✅ In part of the book, we read electrical structures:\r\nThe main base of nanotechnology is the use of materials. Each material in space has three dimensions of length, width and height. If in a substance at least one of these three dimensions is within the nanometer range, a substance is called a nano structure. There is no accepted definition of the nanometer range, but a more acceptable definition is a range between one and 100 nanometer. Even with the dimensions of a few hundred nanometers in a substance, it is still called a nano -structure. In fact, the definition of area 1 to 100 nm is for a standard definition. This nanotechnology segmentation (nanotechnology) is not an apparent and worthless segmentation. These three types of nanotechnology, both in terms of synthesis and production, and in terms of properties and applications are fundamentally different. In general, the electrical, optical, magnetic, surface, and so on properties of these three structures are fundamentally different, and therefore their applications are different. One -dimensional nano -structures can be used for electronic administrations, while there is no such use for zero and two -dimensional nanos.
