Considering that in this machine, the movement of the stereotype cylinder is uniform and continuous, the printing quality is very high and due to the use of anilox rollers, not only is the quality higher than the roll-to-roll printing available in the market, but the consumption of paint and solvent in It has decreased significantly. Due to the use of complex mathematical equations, the software of the device is designed in such a way that all steps are performed automatically and eliminates the need for skilled human resources. Also, when it stops - which sometimes happens due to the breaking of the spinning thread, bag weaving, or according to the need - the system completes the last print, and when restarting, after making the ink uniform, it transfers the new print to the bag. So that there will be no printing waste such as lack of printing or lack of color. The ink consumption in this system has been reduced to such an extent that the printed bag is completely dry when it reaches the cutting area. At the same time, due to the lack of need to stop the cliché cylinder - which has a lot of inertia - a motor with 30% power of the same model has been used, which significantly saves energy consumption and the initial cost of the device.
