Sublimation printing is one of the most popular sub-branches of industrial printing and one of the best ways to print the desired design on t-shirts, ceramic mugs, mouse pads, plates, tiles and so on.
Sublimation, which literally means turning a solid into a gas (sublimation), can be useful even in very low circulations.
If we want to give a brief answer to the question of what is sublimation printing, we can say that this printing provides very high quality at the same time as the speed of operation, and the printed design will not be easily removed from the object.
How is sublimation or thermal printing done?
First, we print the design designed in the graphics environment with a special printer and with sublimation ink as a mirror on coated paper (special for this type of printing). Then we cut the design and stick it on the desired product with fireproof glue.
In this step, we put the desired product in the device and set the temperature and time of the device, which can be adjusted depending on the type of product. After the specified time and temperature, the design is printed on the product in the form of a decal. Now we remove the paper from the product.
