Inside the indicator tube is a lightweight magnetic indicator or a series of metal flags. The indicator is magnetically coupled to the float and moves up and down with the liquid level. This indicator allows the operator to read the surface from a distance of more than 100 feet. The only moving parts are the float and indicator.
Theory :
Magnetic level gauges or magnetic level gauges work on the principle of communicating tanks, so the level in the measuring chamber will be the same as the surface of the container. The measuring chamber has a float inside which there is a magnet. The float with the magnet floats on the medium and the magnet in the float rotates the flaps of the indicator rail.
The float in the measuring tube is standard and is not pressurized and has no magnetic or mechanical conduction. This structure makes the vessel less dangerous than a vessel under standard pressure. If necessary, Hadro can produce a pressurized float.
