1- Why smart label? Also a large number of parts are replaced before they have reached the end of their service life. Sometimes, not knowing the operating conditions causes excessive use of goods and damage to machinery. This makes the quality of products made of this type of goods or their service life is greatly reduced and is not comparable to foreign competitors. Also, in some facilities, it is not possible to break into all places or it is dangerous for the personnel. This in turn causes damage to part of the factory facilities and its early depreciation.

Today, due to the large volume of production and import of meat and protein foods, dairy, health items, cosmetics, automobile accessories Spare parts, military equipment, industry and other related items are needed to provide equipment to control the storage or use of such items. The most common factors considered to control the storage conditions of the above items are temperature, humidity, pressure, light, vibration . Record a product or device and transfer it to the user when needed. This achievement has been patented as a smart label with registration number 96125. Different types of sensors can be installed on this label and different measurements can be made by it. The software is formed (Figure 1), the label part of which is installed on the desired product. The label includes the packaging, the battery, the communication module, the chip mount and the sensor. Label work depending on the type of sensor installed on it (such as temperature and humidity, ..) from the minimum recording of ambient temperature conditions to measuring working conditions and use of goods in the specified range and wireless data transfer through scanners and software It is wide to the user at any time.

This label is a platform with the ability to install various sensors. It's on it. Just like mobile, which is a good platform for a variety of apps with a variety of uses. By installing different applications, mobile can be used for different purposes. For this reason, the applications mentioned in this section will not be the only conceivable applications for this invention, and depending on the creativity of the user, it can be used in different ways. Despite the many similarities to semiconductor industries, this technology is much simpler but more beneficial than semiconductor technology in terms of technology complexity. These two technologies are so important that they have been placed in priority A in the comprehensive scientific map of the country. Therefore, the founders of Rasa Company have concentrated their efforts in the direction of promotion and development of this industry in the country. "Rasa" company started its activity in 2004 in the form of Micro Mechanisms Department in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Amir Kabir University of Technology. Then in 2007, it continued its work under the name of "Micro Technology Group" in the Research Institute of New Technologies of Amir Kabir University of Technology. The focus of the group's activities at this time was on the construction of MEMS equipment and the creation of a microtechnology laboratory. During these years, the complex was known as "MEMS Research Center" within the university. In 2010, "Samaneh Tehzih Danesh Company" separated from this complex and continued its activity focusing on the manufacture of MEMS laboratory equipment. By attracting one of the prominent Iranian professors of this field in the United States and establishing a micro technology laboratory, in 2011 the group changed its name to "Riz Technology Center" and focused on the following 5 areas: development of advanced chemicals; design and manufacturing MEMS sensors, development and manufacturing of MEMS processes, 3D printing of non-conventional materials, providing MEMS and microfluidic manufacturing services to the applicant, Microtechnology Center in February 2015, with the name changed to "Green Future Micro Systems Company (RESA) with the participation of Amirkabir University of Technology and Research Institute of New Technologies and several members of the academic staff of Amir Kabir University of Technology and industry experts officially started their work. Along with the acceleration of commercial and knowledge-based activities, Rasa Company has been able to cooperate with organizations such as Iran Khodro, MAPNA, Presidential Scientific Vice-Chancellor and Academic Jihad Research Center as the main partners and also cooperate with CNRS laboratories in France, Fraunhofer in Germany and DGIST University in South Korea for service, product sales and joint research projects.
