MBV lubricating oil system
• Check the cleanliness of the STRAINER in the return path of the lubricating oil located in the lubricating oil tank Note: It is necessary to open the MANHOLE on the tank to perform this visit • In case of replacing the lubricating oil, the amount and quality of the oil should be checked according to the relevant specifications. • Visual inspection of flanges and pipe connections to ensure proper installation and no leaks • Performance check of lubrication oil pumps, this visit is done for the presence of vibrations and abnormal sounds and the power consumption of the pumps. The pressure in the lubricating oil tank when an oil vapor exhaust fan is on should be between 20 and 40 mmHg (this part can be implemented using a U-TUPE type pressure gauge) • Make sure that the isolation valves in front of the instruments are open. It is also necessary that the isolation valves related to the testing and inspection of the instruments are closed (this case applies to the isolation valves of all switches and pressure transmitters.) • Tightening test connections and related caps
MBL-AIRINTAKE system
• If the parts of the filter have been changed, it should be ensured that they are correctly positioned. The IMPLISION doors in the filter chamber chamber should be checked for freedom of movement and complete sealing. AIR INTAKE access doors must be leak proof and lockable. • Damaged corrosion color and the presence of corrosion in the clean part of the filter housing and in the inlet metal channel and in the areas before the compressor are not acceptable under any circumstances.
